I am here to hold you accountable and guide you toward your goals. I will personally teach you the routines that have helped me become the person I am today, as well as help you organize your schedule so you can fit working out and meal prepping into your day-to-day schedule.
My name is Chrisangie Perez. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and now, Fitness and Accountability coach. At the beginning of 2022, I weighed 300 lbs. I was severely depressed, co-dependent, and barely making any sales in my Business. I knew deep down I was unhappy, and I had to make certain changes to my life. I won't say here and say it was easy, but I created a stabilized routine and had to let go of old beliefs and people to manifest my new life. I decided to follow my calling and help others do the same.
