Chief Executive Officer, Sofia Lim
Sofia has served as CEO from June 2020 onwards, and also serves as Deputy Director of Time 4 Change. As one of the T4C Group's chief media coordinator, she conceived the idea of a media organisation dedicated to telling the truth and sending the message of change everywhere. Based in Hong Kong, she previously served as Time 4 Change's Director of Strategic Communications before merging that role with the Media Department, creating ChangeMedia in the process.
Chief Operating Officer, Ben English
Ben is a T4C veteran, having worked for various organisations linked with T4C. Starting with Change Ireland as an intern, Ben has served as our social media adviser, and also serves as the Director of Online Development at T4C.
