Its great to see that more study is exposing the obscene situation with the FPA. If only they looked at the correlation of estate value and cost?
How can you say that 25% is excessive $25,000 should be excessive.
As recently as Nov 2011 in 'Richard Leon Black v Michael Edward Black [2011] NSWSC 1448' the judge said the "costs seem to be out of control"
There is still an average of $150,000 on each case and 20% of each estate wasted.
