Mr. Kiran Kumar is a Change Maker, Strategic Advisor, Management Consultant and Mentor with over 27 years of work experience.  He advises & consults for IT Startups in the areas of innovation, product strategy and product management.  He has earlier served in leadership, managerial and technical positions in several multi-national corporations developing, architecting, managing & offering innovative technology-based products, solutions & services to global customers across North America, Europe, Japan and Australia.  

Mr. Kiran Kumar routines mentors school & college students, working professionals and budding entrepreneurs.  He has been driving the "Tinker Champ" initiative since 2021 to spread a culture of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and change-making through student-led initiatives and actions.  He has been associated with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog as a “Regional Mentor of Change” since 2018 and has been instrumental in conceptualizing, designing and driving several national-level, state-level and school-level initiatives to spread a culture of creativity, innovation & entrepreneurship for school children.  He has been recognized as one of the Top-performing Mentor, Exemplary Mentor, Most active Mentor, Most consistent Mentor, and Most popular Mentor by Atal Innovation Mission on multiple occasions. 

Mr. Kiran Kumar holds a PGDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, M.S. in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA, B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University, and Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Board of Technical Examinations, Karnataka.  He has also completed a Certificate programme in "Leading beyond Authority" from Common Purpose, United Kingdom.

Mr. Phaneendra is the Academic Coordinator at Nagarjuna Model School, State of Andhra Pradesh.  Phaneendra is a technocrat turned educationalist by choice. Creating a change in the education system is one of his primary goals. Being an educator for more than a decade has helped him in understanding the power of students and their young minds. He strongly believes young minds can achieve anything with the right guidance and support.

Driven with Passion, he enabled Nagarjuna Model school to win the Best startup eco-system Enabler Award by Atal Incubation Center, Srikrishna Devaraya University, Andhra Pradesh.

Phaneendra is one of the active Mentors of Change from Andhra Pradesh, associated with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India.  Phaneendra was recognized as an Exemplary Teacher of Change by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India. 

Tilottama Shrinivasa is the CTO & Founder Director of Peach Engineering Pvt. Ltd (est. 2004) & the founder of Engyana Consulting LLP that offers MSMEs quick & easy access to top engineering experts.

She is also the founder of Sustainable Transformations Pvt. Ltd, which offers consultancy in the field of biofuels-based energy solutions.

With a B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KIT, Germany, she specialises in structures, FEA and product design.

She has worked with SuTRA (IISc, Bangalore), a pioneering program in the use of SVOs as diesel substitutes for rural development. She was also a consultant for Altair Engineering, India and consultants for the HECTOR School of Engineering & Management, KIT, Germany.

She was part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program at IIMB and, subsequently, the Goldman Sachs Ambassador program in ISB, Mohali.
