Terms and Conditions — Changa

Welcome to Changa ("the App", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
Changa is a free kite-fighting game. You fly a kite, cut rival kites, earn in-game points, unlock kites and other items, and compete on weekly leaderboards. The App is supported by ads.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
When you first open the App, a guest account is created for you automatically. You can optionally sign in with Google to back up your progress and restore it on other devices.
A guest account is tied to your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data without signing in with Google, your progress cannot be recovered.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Player Names and Profiles
Your display name, tag, avatar, city and country are shown publicly on the leaderboards.
Names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate another person, or contain personal information such as phone numbers.
We may change, reset or remove any name or profile that breaks these rules, without notice.
4. In-Game Points and Items
Points are earned by playing, through daily gifts and challenges, weekly ranks, and by watching optional rewarded ads.
Points and items are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be bought or sold for real money, and cannot be exchanged or transferred to other players.
We may adjust point rewards, item prices and game balance at any time.
Points or items gained through bugs, cheating or other abuse may be removed.
5. Leaderboards and Fair Play
Leaderboards reset every week. Leaderboard rewards are virtual points only.
You agree not to cheat, including by using modified versions of the App, hacks, bots, emulators or scripts, exploiting bugs, or tampering with the App's data or network traffic.
We may remove scores, reset progress, or suspend or delete accounts that we reasonably believe are cheating.
6. Advertising
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads and optional rewarded ads. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any products or services advertised. Any interaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the App for any unlawful purpose
copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the App
interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers or its leaderboards
access other players' accounts or data
harass other players or use the App to spread offensive content
use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. Please read it carefully.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, graphics, kite designs, sounds, music, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In and Google Play. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Availability and Changes to the App
We try to keep the App running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Online features such as cloud save and leaderboards require an internet connection.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
12. Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms.
When your account is deleted or terminated, your progress, points and items are permanently lost.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress, points or items, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because the App is free, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed USD 10.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
