This Privacy Policy explains what information the Changa mobile game ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Player profile: the display name, player tag, avatar, country and city you choose in the App. These are shown publicly on the leaderboards.
Google Sign-In (optional): if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email address and a unique account ID through Firebase Authentication. We use this only to link and restore your game progress across devices. Signing in is optional; you can play as a guest.
Your points balance, unlocked and equipped items, tutorial progress and flight history (score, cuts, duration, combo, game mode and similar gameplay statistics).
This data is stored on your device and backed up to our cloud database (Google Firebase Cloud Firestore) under an anonymous or Google-linked account ID, so your progress is not lost.
Your best weekly score, together with your display name, tag, city and country, is published on the public weekly leaderboard.
Analytics: we use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (for example, when a flight starts, power-ups used, items unlocked, rewarded ads watched). This helps us balance and improve the game. Firebase may collect device information, app version, approximate location derived from IP address, and an app instance ID.
Crash reports: we use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and device/state information when the App crashes, so we can fix bugs.
Remote configuration: Firebase Remote Config is used to adjust game and ad settings without an app update.
Push notifications: we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send occasional notifications (for example, new events or updates). To deliver them, Firebase assigns your device a registration token. We do not link this token to your name or account, and we do not store it on our own servers.
We do not collect your phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or payment information. The App only requests internet, network-state and notification permissions, plus the Advertising ID permission used by AdMob.
On Android 13 and later, the App asks once for permission to show notifications. You can allow or block them at any time in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Changa → Notifications). Blocking them does not affect the game.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob: banner ads on some screens, occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads between games, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, and — where permitted — to personalize them.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent using Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are requested. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
Game data is kept for as long as your account exists, so your progress can be restored.
Leaderboards are weekly; older leaderboard entries may be kept or removed at our discretion.
Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google Firebase's retention settings.
To delete your account and data in the App, open Settings → Delete account. This immediately deletes your cloud save, your leaderboard scores, your account and the progress stored on your device.
To request deletion without the App, email us at the address below from the Google account you signed in with (or include your player name and tag if you play as a guest). We will delete your cloud save, leaderboard entries and account within 30 days.
Uninstalling the App deletes data stored on your device. A guest account cannot be recovered after uninstalling.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, protected by access rules so that only your account can write your save. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
