with Concentration in Machine Learning
GPA - 3.70 / 4.00
A highly perseverant rising college junior with a passion for devising autonomous solutions for mobility sectors and a keen interest in AI hardware. I possess a strong background in embedded programming, control systems, and core robotics. Proven expertise in implementing wireless communication protocols for small-scale on-board computers like Arduinos and Raspberry Pi and interfacing them with external hardware systems. Actively involved in research and development that combines computer vision SLAM, machine learning, and electric vehicles, aiming to develop autonomous and intelligent systems.
I aim to contribute to a smart future that meets the needs of both businesses and consumers. I am actively seeking an internship position for the summer 2025 term which can challenge my abilities to polish my technical skills, aid a hand in innovative technologies, and develop sustainable solutions for contemporary needs.
COAST Autonomous I Summer Internship 2025
Proficiently trained, optimized, and integrated various deep learning models, including YOLO architectures (v4, v12) for object detection and Point Pillars for 3D point cloud object detection.
Experienced in training and integrating semantic segmentation models, utilizing architectures such as ResNet50, DeepLabV3, and FPN.
Hands-on experience working with camera hardware including Sony ILX-LR1, e-con, ZED2 stereo vision systems. This invloves configuring camera drivers and calibrating intrinsic/extrinsic parameters.
I developed ROS nodes in C++ to interface with these cameras, handling tasks such as image acquisition, synchronization, and publishing sensor data via RTMAPS pipeline.
Gained hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin platforms (JetPack SDK, TensorRT, CUDA) and automating model launches on autonomous vehicles.
