The Chandler Elementary School Library Media Center welcomes approximately 670 students in Preschool through Grade 2, a staff of approximately 90, and a group of dedicated volunteers. We administer a collection of more than 10,000 books, and multimedia resources. A center of student activity, all PreK-2 classes visit every week. In addition to scheduled class time, students may visit for a variety of other reasons including book exchange, to select resources for classroom projects, reading assignments, or to find information for independent research. We strive to nurture a love of reading for fun and for information.
