YouTube channel data: your channel name, channel URL, and video links you voluntarily submit to our platform for sharing.

We do NOT collect your YouTube account password or any login credentials for any third-party service.
2. DISPLAY OVER OTHER APPS (OVERLAY PERMISSION)
ChanDiscover requests the "Display over other apps" (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) permission on Android devices. This permission is used solely to:
Show a small, non-intrusive floating notification or status indicator while you browse other apps, letting you know when your channel is being discovered by other creators.
Allow a quick-access button so you can return to the app easily.
We do NOT use this permission to:
Display advertisements over other applications.
Collect any data from other apps on your device.
Monitor, record, or interact with any other application you use.
Display any content that is misleading, harmful, or deceptive.
You may revoke this permission at any time by going to: Settings → Apps → ChanDiscover → Display over other apps → Disable. Revoking this permission will not affect the core functionality of the app.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
Operate and provide the ChanDiscover service.
Display your channel or video to other users in our community.
Manage your coin balance and campaign activity within the app.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and fake account activity.
Send you important service notifications (not marketing spam).
Improve app performance and fix bugs.
We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
With service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality agreements.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ChanDiscover. By creating an account or using our app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. ABOUT CHANDISCOVER
ChanDiscover is an independent, third-party creator discovery platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or connected to YouTube LLC, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries in any way. Our platform allows YouTube creators to share their channels and videos with a community of other real creators who may choose, at their own discretion, to view, like, or subscribe.
2. IMPORTANT – YOUTUBE TERMS OF SERVICE
By using ChanDiscover, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a) YouTube has its own Terms of Service available at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
b) ChanDiscover does not guarantee, promise, or imply that use of our platform is approved or permitted by YouTube. You use our app entirely at your own risk with respect to your YouTube account.
c) YouTube's policies prohibit artificially inflating metrics such as views, likes, watch time, and subscribers using automated or incentivized systems. ChanDiscover is a voluntary discovery community — all user engagement is free choice — however, YOU are solely responsible for understanding and complying with YouTube's Terms of Service.
d) ChanDiscover will NOT be liable for any actions YouTube or Google takes against your channel, account, or content, including but not limited to: strikes, demonetization, suspension, or termination of your YouTube account.
e) You agree not to use ChanDiscover in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ChanDiscover. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. COIN SYSTEM & CAMPAIGNS
ChanDiscover uses a virtual coin system to facilitate content sharing within the platform.
Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coins are earned by voluntarily engaging with other creators' content.
Coins are spent to share your own channel or videos with the community.
We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify the coin system at any time.
Any in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins or interact with content.
Create multiple accounts to manipulate the coin system.
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the platform.
Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its servers.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform.
7. DISPLAY OVER OTHER APPS PERMISSION
If you grant ChanDiscover the "Display over other apps" permission, you acknowledge that:
This permission is used only to show non-intrusive status notifications.
It is not used to collect data from, interfere with, or monitor other applications.
You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ChanDiscover is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Any specific increase in views, likes, subscribers, or watch time.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
That use of the app will be approved by YouTube or any other platform.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChanDiscover and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any action taken by YouTube or Google against your account.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ChanDiscover at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of major changes via in-app notification.
