a) Ownership: Current tax paid receipt issued by Corporation/Municipality/Panchayat.
b) Rental : Rent receipt and copy of the Tenancy Agreement, if any.
c) Rent Free Accommodation: No Objection Certificate of the Landlord along with
Property tax receipt of the original Landlord.
6. Deed of Partnership/Memorandum & Articles of Association.
7. Form 32 and 18 under Companies Act, 1956 or in the appropriate Form under the Companies Act, 2013,
8. Duly signed copy of the print-out of Annexure A/B with self attested photographs pasted there on.
Check List of Documents for Labour Contract License - Contractor
To apply for a Labor Contractor License, you’ll need the following documents:
Owner’s PAN Card: The Permanent Account Number (PAN) card of the owner of the labor contracting firm.
Owner’s Aadhar Card: The owner’s Aadhar card to verify their identity.
Contact Information: Provide a valid mobile number and email address for communication.
Premises Proof: Submit an electricity bill or utility bill in the firm’s name as proof of business premises. If you’re renting, include the rent agreement.
GST Registration Certificate: You must have a GST registration certificate to comply with tax regulations.
PF Registration Certificate: Include a certificate showing registration with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO).
ESIC or WC Policy: Furnish either an Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) certificate or a Workers’ Compensation (WC) policy, depending on your labor type.
Contract Documents: Provide copies of contracts, letters of intent, or letters of commitment between you and the principal employer, outlining the terms and conditions of the labor contract.
Form III (or Relevant Form): Include Form III or the applicable form, as required by labor laws, provided by the principal employer. This form contains details about the labor contractor and the contracted work.
Legal Entity Documents: If your labor contracting entity is a partnership firm, LLP, trust, or company, include relevant registration documents like the partnership deed, LLP registration certificate, company PAN card, and registration certificate.
