1. Choose Your Package

• We offer simple, flat‑rate bin bundles for any size home or small business.

• Message us to reserve bins for specific dates

• E-sign contract and pay for bins online 

  • Venmo & Square accepted (3% fee for square)

2. You pick-up your bins  

• Schedule a pick-up time

• Pick-up bins from our local site

3. You Pack & Move  

• Utilize the bins to safely pack and move your belongings

4. You Drop Them Off  

• Schedule a drop-off time

• When you’re done, stack and return the bins to the same location — no cleanup, no waste

*Delivery/pick-up may be available for a fee

POLICIES

📅 Cancellation Policy  

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pick‑up will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick‑up are non‑refundable.

💵 Refundable Deposit  

A $50 refundable deposit is required for all bin rentals.

Deposits are returned once all bins and add‑ons are brought back empty, free of debris, undamaged, and with lids attached.

🗓️ Rental Period  

Your rental includes 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the package selected.

Additional time may be available upon request, based on inventory.

Bin Return Requirements  

To keep turnaround fast and ensure proper sanitation:

• Bins must be returned empty

• Bins must be free of debris (we handle sanitizing)

• Bins must be free of tape

• Please use our provided labels in the built‑in label pocket — do not tape labels to the bin

• All lids must be attached and undamaged

Extra fees may apply for missing or damaged bins.

📍 On‑Site Pick‑Up & Drop‑Off  

A team member will be on‑site to review your rental, provide labels, and answer any questions.

Exact instructions and timing are provided after booking.

Extra packing materials available to purchase at pick-up.
