Tournament Prizes

Prettiest Peacock Prize

Who will be the Prettiest Peacock at the Defender of Queen’s Heart tournament? The populace will choose by voting. Therefore, valiant fighters, come dazzle Our Queen, and the rest of the populace, with your most impressive, colorful, and flashy kits.

Our enchanting Queen is the generous prize donor for the selected Prettiest Peacock. This 12.5-inch square stained glass panel was made by her very own hand. It is a replica segment of a window from the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba in Spain. Her Majesty supports the arts and she is a tremendously skilled artisan herself.

Best Death Prize

Our mighty fighters will battle it out in a Royal Tournament. Despite valiant efforts most will fall, but you, the spectators, can reward the one whose death captured your heart. How? By casting a vote. Here is the prize donated for the one who dies the Best Death during the Defender of Queen’s Heart Tournament.

This is a small box inspired by the Norse chests, and it was made for the May Art-Sci Challenge, by Lady Inga Miðlungr. It was then decorated with pyrography, and painted Norse beasts.

Champion of the Grand Tournament

Their Majesties will award this stunning knife to the Champion of the Grand Rapier Tournament-Defender of the Queen’s Heart, held at Camp Kiwanis on February 24th. This magnificent blade was forged by Jarl Valbrandr Strúgr's strong hand.

This meticulously shaped knife has a fully forged carbon steel blade with a hidden tang. The guard and pommel are solid brass of Jarl Valbrandr's design. The guard is inspired by a 15-century dagger guard in the British Museum.
