Passwords: Are you having trouble getting into everything?
Let's say you can get in the Chromebook... but can't get into Verge, Launchpad/Rocketship, Infinite Campus, or Google Docs. These are the steps that to try:
- Log out of the Chromebook
- On the right side of their name there will be a drop down arrow
- Click Remove this user
- Now you will add user
- Type s number and password (what you used to get into the device a few minutes ago).
- This will flush out the data stored on the device and it should work.
- If that doesn't work then try these additional steps...
- You must clear your cache and data from Chrome.
- At the top right, click more, click settings
- At the bottom, click advanced
- Click restore settings to their original defaults then click reset settings
- Close browser
- Re-open browser and go to Clever to re-log in. Now click Verge and re-log in.
