Check Out Process

Standard Check Out

1) Before 11am, Kindly inform the front desk for check out. 

2) Exit the room and lock it 

3) Go back to the front desk at Level 4 Lobby Check in Counter Block C

4) Return the keys to the front desk, and deposit will be returned on the spot

Express Check Out 

1) During Check In, kindly inform the front desk on express check out 

2) Before 9am, exit the room and lock the door 

3) Go back to the front desk at Level 4 Lobby Check in Counter Block C

4) Record a video of dropping the keys into the express check out box 

5) Send a video to the office whatsapp, and the deposit will be refunded on the same day
