Becoming a Member of CHAMA

There are two levels of membership in the Commission for the History of Ancient and Medieval Astronomy. There are no fees for membership in CHAMA.

Professional membership is available to academics and independent scholars who are active in the fields of ancient or medieval astronomy. Professional membership is permanent.

Graduate membership is available to graduate students currently pursuing degrees or currently occupied in postdoctoral study in the fields of ancient or medieval astronomy. Graduate membership lasts for 8 years.
