We provide a large umbrella for the beach, as well as 6 sunbeds for each villa.
Excellent beach, clear waters with view towards the island of Ammouliani and Vourvourou.
Every house has a 9+1 man capacity. 9 available beds and a sofa-bed for one extra person (or 2 children).
Every villa has 4 bedrooms: two in the ground floor and two in the 2nd floor. In the 1st floor you will find the kitchen, the living room and the dining room.
4 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 sofa-bed in the living room.
analytically: 3 double rooms [one double bed each] and 1 triple room in the ground floor [one double bed and one single bed in the same room].
A large wardrobe in the 2nd floor in one of the rooms and one in the hallway, both with shelves. You will find 2 more smaller wardrobes in theground floor.
2 bathrooms: One in the 2nd floor with a shower available and one in the ground floor with a bathtub available.
Living room (TV available)-dining room (four seats available)-kitchen single space.
Kitchen equipment: fridge, electric oven, houseware (pan, pot, tupperware, coffee pot, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, knives)
3 air conditionings: 2 in the 2nd floor bedrooms and 1 in the ground floor.
We also provide iron, hair dryer, drying loft, linen (sheets, small and large towels for face and body)
Balcony: Table with 6 seats available.
All doors and windows have blinds.
We provide a large umbrella for the beach, as well as 6 sunbeds for each villa.
There are showers available outside the house as well (in the front yard of every villa).
We also provide you with soap, toilet paper, dish washer liquid, bottled water.
The furnishing and the equipment of every villa is brand new.

Large and spacious wardrobe
There is a parking lot in every block, with available spots for every villa.
For every client staying in our accommodation we provide a remote control for the front door that leads to the parking lot and backyard.
Approximately 6 kms from the center of Ierissos going towards Gomati (3,2 kms from the central square of Ierissos you get off the main road and you take a left into the dirt road that leads towards the beach and the villas. The distance you need to cover from the dirt road towards the beach is 2.2 kms).
There are two barbecues available in the plot ( for all three villas).
Free wifi available.
We provide laundry in a common area inside the settlement (there is an extra charge for using the laundry).
Just 500 metres away from the settlement you are going to find an organised beach and 2 restaurants.
The villas are available for rent for a short period of time or the entire season. The price of the house is formed depending the period of the reservation and the amount of people staying in the villa.
We have a strict NO pets allowed policy.
