This policy explains how Timetable to Alarms ("the app") handles your information.
What the app does
The app lets you photograph a class timetable, uses an AI service to extract the schedule, and creates recurring alarms on your iPhone using Apple's AlarmKit.
Data we process
- Timetable photos: when you choose "Use This Timetable," the photo is sent directly to OpenAI's API to extract the schedule. We do not store your photos on any server we operate. See OpenAI's privacy policy for how they handle API data: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
- Extracted schedule: the classes, times, and your alarm-offset preference are stored only locally on your device, so the app can show your last timetable. This data is never transmitted to us and we have no access to it.
- Alarms: alarms are created directly on your device through Apple's AlarmKit. We do not have access to your alarms or their schedule.
What we don't do
- No user accounts or sign-up
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties, other than sending the timetable photo to OpenAI solely to extract the schedule, as described above

- Camera: to take a photo of your timetable
- Alarm access (AlarmKit): to create your class alarms
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
