However, admins and HRs can log in with an email and password to upload job circulars and preparation materials. Login credentials are securely managed through Firebase Authentication.
For general users, our app does not track, store, or process personal data. Users can browse and download job circulars and preparation materials without providing any personal information.
2. Data Usage
Our app only provides the functionality of viewing and downloading job circulars, job preparation items, and associated PDF files. The uploaded data (e.g., job circulars, preparation materials) is managed by admins and HRs.
We do not store or process user data beyond the necessary functionality of the app. No personal data from users is stored, shared, or used for analytics or advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Our app may use third-party services, including Firebase, for backend data storage and authentication:
Firebase Authentication: Used only for admin and HR logins. Firebase securely manages login credentials, and we do not store passwords.
Firebase Firestore : Used to store job circulars, preparation materials, and other relevant content(job title,description,last date of apply ,etc) uploaded by admins and HRs.
We do not allow third-party tracking, personalized advertising, or external data collection within the app.
4. Security
Since we do not collect or store personal data from general users, there are minimal privacy risks. However, to ensure security:
Admin and HR logins are securely authenticated using Firebase Authentication.
Data transmission, such as downloading PDFs or uploading job circulars, is conducted over a secure HTTPS connection.
We do not share login credentials or user data with third parties.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any updates.
