We appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information,when you user our game or use any related services. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you  what information we collect if any, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: Being a serverless game we do NOT collect personal information other than one collected by Google via its google play billing system.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Website or otherwise when you contact us.

We do not collect any personal information from gamers in personal capcity however usage of google services like adsense and google play billing might inadverently collect info .The personal information we may collect include the following:

• Personal Information Provided by You. We do NOT collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses; job titles; contact preferences; debit or credit card number, usernames; passwords; contact or authentication data; information you provide when using our Game.

• Payment Data.  All payments(in app purhcases) are processed via goole play billing services that may collect information as per the Google Payment Privacy Policy.

• Social Media Login Data. We do NOT currently have options for social logins or user registration being serverless game we neither do hold any user login data. If any future upgrade is available the privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

Information automatically collected

In Short:  Some information — such as your playstore login and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you process payment for in app purchase.

We do NOT collect any information that reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) ,device ID,or your IP address, device name,cookies, other than one use by google AdMob. However country location, information might be collected to abide by local laws. Any other information as mandated by playstore/appstore, if any might be collected.

Information collected from other sources

 We do not have other sources of information collection and primarliy use google AdMob for advertising revenues which may collect user click and other data via its cookies that are shared with advertisers for personalised advertising.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Whatever data we may collect would be collect mostly for payment and billing purpose for in app purchases and/or facilitate data collected by Google Admob to share with advertising network for personalised advertising. However no data is stored by us in our own backend.

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

• To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for business purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or in connection with our contract.

• To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

• To fulfill and manage your in app purchase orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your in app purchase orders, payments, upgrades, or refunds.

• To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

• To deliver targeted advertising to you. We may use your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.

In Short:  We may only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights.

We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).

More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:

• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

• AdService Providers : We do NOT collect any user data in direct capacity via game but we do use google advertising service that may share data with vendors,advertisers for personalised advertising. We do NOT currently collect any data for affiliate marketers.

DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information for personalised advertisement that will be shared to advertising network. We do not collect and user location data other than mandated for playstore listing.

HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?  

Currently we do not provide social logins/registration for user in our game.

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use our Game.

ANY TRACK FEATURES

Our Game does not use any location tracking feature for providing of gaming service. However our advertising service provider(google AdMob) may use location of user for displaying localised or well curated advertisement.

Terms Of Use

This is serverless game and does not save or hold user data or game data including level progress or in app purchases on backend server. Hence if user uninstall or deletes app data from the device the game state will be lost except for details saved by google play billing. By agreeing to privacy policy user agrees to term of use.  

DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to abide by new laws if any.We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
