Chakra Timer - Terms of Use

Welcome to Chakra Timer! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Chakra Timer mobile application (the "App") provided by Talk or Not, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Usage and Access

  • You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• In-App Subscriptions

  • The App offers in-app subscriptions on a monthly and annual basis.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

• Privacy and Data

  • We do not collect, store, or track any personal information from users.

  • Your use of the App is anonymous, and no data is saved or shared.

  • For the purpose of providing mindful minutes tracking, the App may write to Apple Health. We only access and update Apple Health data related to mindful minutes.

• Intellectual Property

  • The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws and provide credit where credit is due.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice.

• Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting.

  • It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

• Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.

• Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
