AI Video - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Video ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. OVERVIEW
AI Video is an AI-powered video creation tool. You can type a text description, attach reference images, videos, or audio clips, and the App generates a short video for you. We designed the App to work without requiring you to create a traditional account, and we collect as little personal information as possible.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Device Identifier
When you first open the App, we generate a random User ID and associate it with an anonymized device identifier (the Android advertising/secure settings identifier). This lets us:
- Keep your video generation history attached to your device
- Maintain your coin and gem balances
- Prevent abuse of our free generation credits
The device identifier does not reveal your real identity, name, phone number, or exact location.
2.2 Content You Submit
When you create a video, we process:
- The text prompt you enter
- Reference images, videos, or audio files you choose to upload
These materials are transmitted to our servers solely to generate your video. Prompts and reference media are processed by our third-party AI generation providers (see Section 4). We do not read your other files, photos, contacts, or messages. The App only accesses the specific media files that you explicitly select.
2.3 Generated Videos
Videos you generate are stored on our servers so you can view and download them from your Library. You may delete any task from your Library at any time, which removes the associated record.
2.4 Purchase Information
Our App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and subscription plans) processed by Google Play Billing and our subscription management provider (RevenueCat). We receive a purchase identifier and transaction status to credit your balance. We never see or store your full payment card details - those remain with Google Play.
2.5 Technical Data
We automatically collect limited technical data such as app version, device model, and operating system version to keep the service stable and to diagnose crashes.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information described above to:
- Provide the video generation service you request
- Maintain your balances and task history
- Process purchases and restore them when you reinstall the App
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized automation
- Improve the reliability and quality of the App
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or media for advertising profiling.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the App:
- AI video generation providers: they receive your prompt and reference media to render your video
- Google Play Billing: handles all payments
- RevenueCat: manages purchase entitlements
- Cloud storage providers: host generated videos temporarily
Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy, and they are only given the data needed to perform their function.
5. DATA RETENTION
Task records (prompts, reference media, generated videos) are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual tasks at any time. You may also delete your entire account from the "Me" tab in the App, which permanently removes your User ID, balances, tasks, and generated videos from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because the App is based on an anonymous User ID, the most direct way to exercise these rights is:
- Delete tasks: use the delete action on any card in your Library
- Delete everything: use "Delete account" in the Me tab

8. SECURITY
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all data exchanged with our servers, and we restrict access to stored data to authorized personnel only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be available within the App, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
11. DELETE ACCOUNT
AI Video support deleting account by steps:
a. Click Delete Account Button on Me page
b. All data will be deleted, includes gems/coins, etc.
