Description 

Chad PT is an iOS application that connects to the ChatGPT API for chat functionality. A user can send messages, and have a full conversation with Chad PT in mobile format.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

User sent messages: The message sent by the user to Chad PT are not stored by the app. The messages are shared with the ChatGPT API by OpenAI using an encrypted HTTPS API request. OpenAI will store the data for a maximum of 30 days, solely for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, after which it will be deleted, as stated on their website.

Starting on March 1, 2023, we are making two changes to our data usage and retention policies:

• OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data.

• Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law).

Beyond this, the app does not collect or share any of your personal data to any third parties.
