Rabbi Velvl Butman is a well-known motivational speaker; beginning in the mid 1980s, he served in a series of successive Shlichus internships in Venezuela, Russia, North Africa and Europe before being appointed to direct Lubavitch activities in Westchester County, New York. There he has served with distinction since 1993, founding 11 outreach centers!
