END-TO-END PROCESS

Hello! This is how I do the end-to-end process on how to find winning deals.

1st Step: Know and review the work criteria 

• Is it identical on Amazon and the supplier?                                 

• legit supplier website (legit 90% is the passing)           

• Is the BSR 100k or less?                                        

• The profit must be $3/£3 or more.                                                  

• The ROI must be 20% or more.                                          

• Is it Hazmat? Skip it.                                              

• Is it an IP brand? Skip it.                                                      

• Are there at least 3 FBA sellers?                                                       

• Are there max. of 10 sellers in the UK/ 20 sellers in the US marketplace? 

• Is Amazon on the listing? If yes, it should be sharing the bb for at least 50% or less. If it is more than 50%, that's auto-skip

• Is the brand owner on the listing? If yes, it should be sharing the bb for at least 50% or less. If it's more than 50%, that's auto-skip.     

• Is FBM on the listing? If yes, it should be sharing the bb for at least 50% or less. If it's more than 50%, that's auto-skip.      

•  Has the listing been active for 90 days? If not, SKIP IT.                                                   

• Is the BSR not found? SKIP IT.                                            

• The listing should be 1 year old.                                                       

• Is the FBA price unstable? (The price often changes) SKIP IT.                                                

• Is it a suppressed buybox? SKIP IT.                                                      

• No pink line (Buybox) on the graph? Or is it not consistent? SKIP IT.                                               

• Sales per month (for 30 days) should be at least 20 sales.                                                     

• Is it out of stock from the supplier? SKIP IT.  
  
  2nd Step: I will find and go to a supplier on Google. I look at categories and products that are on sale, with discounts and under clearance sale. Once I find a product, I will highlight the title and click right then search it on Google.
  
  Once I found the listing on Amazon, I checked the data as well as compute the ROI and Profit using the SellerAMPSAS tool and Keepa.
  
  3rd Step: Check the criteria
  1: Identical on Amazon and the supplier? Yes.
  
  4th Step:
  I will go back to the supplier to get the cost of price and paste it on the tool to compute and get the ROI and Profit.
  Once I get the ROI and profit, I proceed to the other criteria
   

• Minimum of 20 sales per month

• Minimum of 3 sellers

• Below 100,000 sales rank (BSR)

• Amazon should not be on the listing

• not IP brand

• Not a Private Label Product

• not Hazmat/dangerous goods

• Items must be in stock (add to cart around 10 items to check if the quantity is good)

Simple and methodical! I can do it over and over again without any complications.
