Travel and Lodging
By plane
From Foronda airport (Vitoria-Gasteiz), take a bus to the city center.
From Bilbao airport (in Loiu, Bizkaia), you can either:
A) take a bus to the Bilbao Intermodal bus station, and then a La Unión bus from Bilbao to Vitoria-Gasteiz (tickets available online); or
B) take a taxi from the airport to Vitoria-Gasteiz directly (around 100€, e.g. via Taxi Bilbao Iraola or Teletaxi Bilbao).
By train
Vitoria-Gasteiz has a train station that is only 5 minutes from the Faculty of Arts where the event will take place.
Accommodation
Vitoria-Gasteiz has a number of hotels of different categories and price points. We recommend you use an aggregator such as Kayak.es to find an option that suits your needs.

Presentation Materials
Handouts
We recommend that presenters who will be using a handout print around 50 copies ahead of the conference. For last-minute printing, the ground floor of the Faculty of Arts building houses a copy center in close proximity to the conference value; a further option close to the conference venue is Eurokopia.
Slides
We ask that presenters using slides send us their presentation ahead of time and/or bring a USB flash drive containing the file. We cannot guarantee that presenters will be able to use their own computer for their presentation, but we will try to accommodate those who prefer to do so. Please note that the projector in the conference room uses a VGA connection (not HDMI), so be sure to bring an adapter if needed.
Guidelines for poster presentations
Posters should be vertical and A0 in size (84 x 118 cm).
Presenters are responsible for putting up/removing their posters at the before/after their session.
If the poster is accompanied by a handout, we suggest presenters bring at least 20 copies.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place on Tuesday, April 25 at 20:00.
Location: restaurant Conde de Álava (c/ Cruz Blanca, 8).
Getting there
The restaurant is a 1-minute walk from the Europa tram stop, or a 25-minute walk from the Faculty of Arts.
Payment
The menu will cost €35, and it should be paid in cash at the registration desk on the first day of the conference.
