FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 


FAQ Nr 1. Wrong Spelling of Name / Wrong Serial Number

Solution:  Complete the PCG E-Payslip Request Form and email it to the official address (Attn: CPMU). Include:

-  Latest Payslip

-  Photocopy of PCG ID with correct name/serial number

-  Photocopy of the Order with correct name/serial number

If discrepancies exist, submit an Amendment Order for the corrected name/serial number.

 

FAQ Nr 2. User Does Not Exist

Solution: The user likely hasn’t created an account on the PCG E-Payslip Portal.

 

FAQ Nr 3. Your Account Is Not Verified

Solution:

-  If a first-time user, ensure the PCG E-Payslip Registration Form is filled out.

-  If already filled out, data may not yet be uploaded to the CGFS Payroll Database for validation.

 

FAQ Nr 4. Employee Is Inactive (For First-Time Login)

Solution:

1.     Open the email you received and click the verification link ("Click Here").

2.     Log in using the username and temporary password.

3.     Change your password once logged in.

 

FAQ Nr 5. Your Session Has Expired

Solution: Due to high traffic on the website, try again the next day to create an account or log in.

 

FAQ Nr 6. For Newly Commissioned Officers (P/ENS to ENS) and Newly Promoted Non-Officers (CGNO to ASN/ASW)

Solution:

1.     Visit PCG E-Payslip Portal 

2.     Click “Create An Account” and follow the registration steps:

-  Enter your Last Name <Space> Suffix (If Any)

-  Enter your New Serial Number

Enter your email address (the one where you received your First Temporary Password)

-  Click “Register Account”

-  Verify your details then click “Confirm to Proceed”

3.     You will receive an email with a new username and temporary password.

4.     Log in and change your password.

 

FAQ Nr 7. For PCG Personnel Who Forgot Their Password or Became Inactive

Solution:

1.     Visit PCG E-Payslip Portal 

2.     Click “Forgot Password?”.

3.     Enter your email address (the one where you received your First Temporary Password) and Employee Number (Serial Number).

4.     Click “Reset Password” to receive a temporary password via email.

5.     Log in with the temporary password and change it once logged in.

 

FAQ Nr 8. For Incorrect PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG / TIN / GSIS

Solution: Fill out the PCG E-Payslip Request Form and submit a photocopy of your PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN, or GSIS ID, MDF, or PMRF to the official email (Attn: CPMU).

 

FAQ Nr 9. Unable to View Payslip

Solution: Log in to your account, and once logged in, change your password.
