A webinar on the topic of “Employer Expectations and Facing Interviews for Multinational Companies” was conducted under the common goal of “Career Aspiration and Development” for the students of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce on February 10, 2022, from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. The resource person for the event was Mr. Rajan Bala, Sr. Software Development Manager, Amazon, and the coordinator was Mr. K. Kajenthiran, Lecturer, Department of Marketing, University of Jaffna. Approximately, 130 students participated in the particular event.

A webinar on the topic of “Career Navigation in a Quickly Changing Work Environment” was held under the common goal of “Career Aspiration and Development” for the students of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce on March 11, 2022, from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. The resource person for the event was Kumi Somaskandan (CMA, CPA), Head of Global Sponsor Processing at Manulife, Canada, and the coordinator was Mr. K. Kajenthiran, Lecturer, Department of Marketing, University of Jaffna. Approximately, 170 students participated in the particular event.

03 August A webinar on ‘MODEL UNITED NATIONS (MUN) - Get to know about a global phenomenon where the youth become leaders of tomorrow!’ was conducted for the students of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce on 19th of August 2022 at 4.00 p.m. Resource person of the event was Mr. Mohamed Mufftee, Chair and Executive Committee member at Sri Lanka Model United Nations - 2022. It was Coordinated by Mr. K. Kajenthiran, Lecturer, Department of Marketing, University of Jaffna. Approximately, 120 students participated in the particular event.
