This document certifies that Classy Class And Aluminum provides a [10]-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on all aluminum fabrication and installation services rendered depending on your order.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship that may arise as a direct result of improper installation or fabrication by Classy Glass And Aluminum Works, under normal use and maintenance conditions.
Covered services may include (but are not limited to):
Aluminum windows and doors installation
Aluminum cladding and panels
Custom aluminum fabrication
Railings, gates, and other architectural aluminum products
This workmanship warranty is valid for a period of 10 years from the date of completion or final invoice, whichever comes later depending on the what your invoice.
Defects in assembly, joining, sealing, or mounting
Loose or misaligned fittings due to improper installation
Warping or damage resulting from improper support or anchoring
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or impact
Corrosion or wear due to environmental factors (unless otherwise specified)
Defects arising from modifications by third parties
Normal wear and tear
Material defects (covered separately by manufacturer warranties)
To make a warranty claim:
Contact Classy Glass And Aluminum Works at 021 908 0017/info@cgaw.co.za within 30 days of discovering the issue.
Provide proof of purchase and photos (if applicable).
Allow an on-site inspection to assess the problem.
If the issue is found to be covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the defective workmanship at no additional cost to the customer.
This workmanship warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work and does not cover consequential or incidental damages. Total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original contract amount.
