Main Menu Form: Use this form to navigate in the application.
Data Manager Form: This is the form where the C3d Data are extracted and stored in the MySQL database. Here the user can create Patients, store Personal Data, record multiple ICD10 patient diagnosis, Record assessment details and Import the source Assessment c3d files. During the import, the user is required to approve the data of every gait cycle before they are stored in the current database for the Kinematics, Kinetics and EMG. This process ensures the system maintains clean and correct data. Another important function of this form is the ability to assign every C3D file to any number of grouping tags which will enable the user later to create average graphs for these user-defined groups. Also, the user can review each C3D file using the magnifier glass with the Moka freeware C3D file viewer. Finally, the form allows the user to export the entire data of a patient to a single MSAccess file and then Import it into another database with the click of a button.
Group Data form: This form is used to create and manage Group Tags. At the press of the button "Create Group Data" the Average graphs and the respective SDs (Kinematics, Kinetics, EMG and Temporospatial) of all the tagged C3D files are created and stored in the Database. This data becomes live and available to be used in comparisons with any individual Patient data or another stored group. The Export and Import of Group Data is also managed from this screen. The yellow caption indicates that the specific group data were created in another database and then imported into the current database.

Plot Graphs Form: This form provides the user with flexible tools for the selection of the data required to work with. Isolate one graph only or 1000 or more overlayed graphs. Only left or right side graphs or both sides. A series of individual graphs against one of the available group average graphs. Multiple group graphs overlayed. All Patients that were assessed on a date, or all assessments of a patient. The user can assign different colors to each individual or group graph. In this step, the user defines a folder name for the selected data. These selections of Kinematic, Kinetic, EMG, and Temporospatial data are stored in the specified folder creating a snapshot of the database-stored data in the external folder. The last step is to use this folder to create any of the available standard or custom graphs. This can be triggered from within the CGAS Application or by running a Python script located within the external folder. This functionality allows the database users to continue updating the source Database with new data which will not affect the data set that the user has selected to work with.
Another important function of this form is to drill down the Database data to define further Groups within the data of existing Groups. When selecting a Group only the gait data of the specific group are shown. The form allows the user to identify records with new Group criteria. When the criteria are met the user can click a button to open the Data Manager form in the specific record where the user can assign the new Grouping tag. This way a new Groups within a Group can be defined.
Lab Import Settings Form: In this form the user defines which data will be imported in the database from the c3d file and how they will be named in the database. The user can store different import definitions for different lab settings or projects. The left column shows the names of the Lab settings, the middle column shows the definitions to be used to extract the gait data from the imported C3D files and the third column shows the left and right trajectories in the C3D file which will be used to calculate the temporospatial data of the imported gait cycle.

User Graph Params Form: This form allows the user to set various parameters that define how the data will be presented in the exported kinematic, kinetic, and EMG graphs.
