Here’s the Lowdown on the Challenge!

WHO: Anyone can participate!

WHAT: 21 day challenge designed to teach you the ins and outs of nutrition for health and performance. It is NOT a strict paleo challenge, but a goal-oriented, sensible approach to your own nutrition.

WHEN: July 10th -July 31st 2017

WHY: To learn about sound nutritional principles geared toward meeting your personal goals, whether it’s health, aesthetics, performance or all of the above. We can all improve our nutrition. Aside from good quality sleep, proper nutrition is probably the most important factor affecting your health, performance, and aesthetics.

Prizes!!

There will be prizes awarded based on participation and points from the Nutrition and Activity Log. The main goals are to learn and have fun. The prizes add a little friendly competition and motivation.
