Instructor - Carol Findlay

I am a former Catholic Elementary School technology teacher from the East End of Long Island. After 20 years of teaching technology at St. Isidore's School in Riverhead, I find my passion is to share my knowledge of new, updated, and innovative ways to incorporate G-Suite tools with fellow teachers that may not have the time or resources to discover on their own.

Technology Education prepares students for life in an increasingly technological and complex world. It gives them problem-solving and critical thinking skills to help them comprehend devices and situations that they will encounter in their future. As teachers, we need to be able to ensure that our students are prepared by ever increasing our own base of knowledge.

I am now following my passion to prepare teachers and school leaders for what's ahead, and to be as effective as possible as they continually expand their knowledge and skills to implement the best educational practices. My goal is to keep teachers up to date about new and emerging technology tools for the classroom.

When teachers learn, students learn.
