Notice of 50th Annual General Meeting

To be Held in the Crown & Mitre Carlisle

Friday 31 July 2026 at 13.45 hours.

Our AGM this year is scheduled for 31 st July at 13.45 hrs in the Crown & Mitre, Carlisle. This is a change from our usual venue of Burton-in-Kendal in June. The AGM will take place during our Jubilee Conference at the Crown & Mitre and there is no charge for attending, so even if you can’t make the Jubilee Conference you can still attend the AGM. We will also be accepting proxy votes from members who cannot attend the AGM, which I would encourage you to do.

The Trustees Report will be on the Society website by 3rd July

Nomination forms published on the Society Website to be returned by 28 th June

Nominations of Trustees will be published on the Society Website on 3rd July

Proxy voting forms will be available on the Society Website from 3rd July to be returned by 24th July
