Long Beach Unified School District is Hiring!


The Long Beach Unified School District, Office of Child Development Centers is hiring a Coordinating Teacher.  This is a fulltime position with benefits. 

 

The Coordinating Teacher works with multiple centers providing essential services for preschool and school age students throughout the year.  This person is responsible for the daily functions of the centers ensuring the care and comfort of students, collaborating with the school site, community support programs, and the community at large. The Office of Child Development Centers has 28 centers throughout the cities of Long Beach, Lakewood, and Signal Hill as part of the Long Beach Unified School District.  The program includes part-day preschool, full-day preschool, and school age care serving students before and after school for 12 months out of the year.  Our program follows the California Title 5 regulations as well as Title 22 regulations.  It is served by an outstanding staff of professional teachers, administrators, and support staff whose sole purpose is to provide a comprehensive program in order to meet the needs of the children we serve.  For questions about this awesome opportunity, please call (562) 421-8210 or email CDCJobs@lbschools.net.
