MLA FORMATTING
MLA (Modern Association Language) is a style of formatting used to cite the sources, books, websites, and other sources used when writing an essay, doing a research project, or in the creation of other types of projects.
MLA asks that you cite your sources (i.e. from which BOOK, WEBSITE, OR VIDEO you've derived your information):
Inside your essay
At the end of of your essay, in the form of a Works Cited Page (or Bibliography depending)
It is commonly used in the humanities (English, Philosophy, etc.).
