TRANSPORTATION (Pick-up and Drop off)

YCON will provide the following airport pick up and drop off transportation:

• Airport PICKUP - from Canberra Domestic Airport,  Jolimont Centre, then to the Conference Venue (Ibis)

• • Date: FRIDAY, 2 October 2026 at 10AM and 12PM 

• DROP-OFF - from Conference Venue, Jolimont Centre, then to Canberra Domestic Airport

  • Date: SUNDAY, 4 October 2026 at 3:00PM (departure from the venue)

    • • Drop-off Point: Canberra Domestic airport

IMPORTANT:

1. Allow an ample time for baggage pickup, any potential airport security stops and enough time to walk (approx 5-10 mins) to the domestic airport pick up / drop off areas 

2. The above mentioned pick-ups/drop-offs are only the initial travel arrangements.  There could potentially be more available pick up and drop off options (but NO guarantee) as we approach the date, as it will heavily be dictated by the number of registrations from interstate.   HOLD Conference transportation will review the pick up and drop off options as we approach the date.  WATCH THIS SPACE for any Transportation option updates.

3. PICK-UP / DROP OFF at Canberra Domestic Airport 

4. ALL PRE and POST YFC Conference are self-arranged

5. There is ample free parking at the venue.  Please drive carefully at all times as youths may be out and about.
