📢Please note that the GFW online portal was scheduled to undergo maintenance from May 2nd until May 16th. However, they are experiencing a delay and the site is still down. They will announce a new due date for submission once the site is up again. In the meantime, PDF versions of both the profile form and proposal forms were sent via email and are included here. You may use these PDFs to draft your response and then submit your answers to the online platform once the site is live.

• You should also have received an email invitation to create and submit your organization's profile to the GFW platform prior to proposal submission.
