Privacy Policy for CFB Simulator

CFB Simulator ("the App") is a single-player football simulation game. We do not require an account or ask you for any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your dynasty saves are stored locally on your device.

The App uses limited third-party services to keep the App stable and to process in-app purchases. The data described below is the only data collected through the App.

What we collect

Crash and performance diagnostics (via Google Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics)

Crash logs, including stack traces, the device model, OS version, and the App version at the time of a crash.

Limited gameplay context attached to crash reports (such as the in-game season number or coach name you chose) to help us reproduce and fix bugs.

App launch time, session start, and basic performance metrics.

A device identifier (Apple's Identifier for Vendor / Firebase Installation ID) used solely to group crashes and sessions for the same device.

Product interaction (via Firebase Analytics)

Automatic events such as app opens and session starts, used to understand stability and overall app usage. We do not collect screen-by-screen behavior beyond what the SDK records automatically.

In-app purchases (via Apple StoreKit)

A record of which in-app purchases (e.g., God Mode, Checkpoint Tokens, Scenario Packs) you have made, stored locally on your device and validated by Apple. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment card or billing information.

Game Center (optional)

If you opt in to Game Center, your Game Center player score is submitted to Apple's leaderboard service. This is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any contact information.

We do not collect your precise or approximate location.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone audio, health data, or browsing history.

We do not use any data for advertising or marketing.

We do not share data with data brokers and do not use the data for cross-app tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

How the data is used

All data described above is used solely to:

Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.

Measure overall App stability and performance.

Deliver and validate in-app purchases.

Data retention

Crash and analytics data is retained by Google Firebase per Firebase's standard retention policy. You can read more at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Children's privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest revision.
