Accommodations for all the outstation participants will be arranged at the IITB Guest House (Padma Vihar Guest House), the Hostel 17 and the Hostel 15.

The conference will be held in the Victor Menezes Convention Centre(VMCC), IIT Bombay. All the talks will be held in the Lecture Hall No. 21 (2nd floor) of the VMCC building. The Lecture Hall is equipped with a blackboard and a LCD projector.
