Purpose of resale, expected frequency, & who benefits
Tax-exempt documentation (TC-721)
Event dates & guest estimates
NOTE: Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance. Submissions that don't provide sufficient notice will not be approved.
NOTE: Watch for an email from chickfilaogdenmarketing@gmail.com. Those who do not respond to the email within the allotted time frame will not receive approval. Monitor your spam folder just in case.

Once approved, you will receive the formal Product Resale Agreement, which confirms you may resell Chick-fil-A® items at your event(s).

To ensure food safety & quality, all organizations must:

Serve or discard all hot food within 90 minutes of pick-up
Throw away any remaining product after 90 minutes
Handle & store products according to Chick-fil-A guidelines
Use products only for fundraising purposes
NOTE: The safety & quality of our food is extremely important to us. Approved organizations are expected to strictly follow Chick-fil-A food safety guidelines. Failure to follow these requirements will result in immediate loss of product resale eligibility.
