You need a space to celebrate and we have it ready for you. Each event can be catered to your vision, goals, and needs. We offer our premier contemporary art gallery for private viewing as well as our 42 x 16 foot outdoor garden space.

All events include small group guided tours of the art space and event-specific pricing specials on all art and framing purchases.

• 150 feet of lighting
• Indoor restroom with essentials
• Street-level easy loading in and out, on-site parking
We will work with you to address any concerns for any guests with special needs or considerations.
Alcohol, catering, live music, and DJs are welcome!
We will work with you in accordance with local regulations and restrictions to make sure that your event is a seamlessly fabulous and safe experience for you and your guests.
All catering and alcohol vendors must submit a proof of insurance & license (when applicable) no later than 3 days prior to your event.
Cambridge Gallery reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event that does not comply with this requirement; deposits are subject to forfeiture in this case.
At least one representative from Cambridge Fine Arts will be present for the duration of your event to serve as your point person and representative of CFA assets.
The Garden:
For standing cocktail receptions using high-top tables, 30 to 40 guests can be comfortably accommodated.
For events using sit-down bistro tables, 30 guests can be comfortably accommodated.
The Gallery:
The gallery can host about 12 of your guests at a time throughout the duration of your event.
Parking:
Your guests can choose from available parking in our back and adjacent parking lots, street parking, and nearby train station park lot.

We are able to accommodate tours of the gallery and garden Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10am and 6pm.

The tour consultation will include discussing your event and preferred date. In order to reserve the space, the following items must be completed:
• Contract signed and returned to Cambridge Gallery either in person or via email to info@cfagallery.com.
• Deposit paid, when applicable
• Photocopy of renter’s government issued ID
• Proof of Insurance from all applicable food and beverage vendors, no later than 3 days prior to your event
• Signed and returned COVID Cambridge Gallery protocol and waiver
Our pricing terms are contingent upon services chosen and can be adjusted for use and intent.
For artist events we work one-on-one with the artist and operate on a sliding scale according to terms that benefit both the artist and gallery.
For private events/parties/networking:
• $200 for a 2-hour block during a work-week day, Monday through Friday between 10am and 4pm
• $300 for a 2-hour block Monday through Friday between the hours of 6pm and 10pm
• $350 for a 3-hour block Monday through Friday between the hours of 6pm and 10pm
• $500 for 3-hour block Saturday evenings
Additional add-ons such as gallery-catered food and beverage and/or entertainment are subject to additional charges.
All bookings are subject to a grace period policy which provides a full refund for bookings canceled within 48 hours from receipt of a booking confirmation.
