Awarded with 2024 Impact Grant Award from the CFF to siblings Neha & Raghav, 3rd degree rank Black Belt instructors in Taekwondo Martial Arts, this fitness channel has weekly exercise planners and age-specific L.I.F.E. based fitness videos created by the instructors.
A college readiness and transition support channel for high school students with CF to promote graduation success! Developed by the researcher and educator Sharad with his college-going kids Neha and Raghav, this channel is dedicated to empowering CF students to confidently transition from high school to college, while navigating their life with CF.
Eat Healthy for CF!
A cookbook created by the CF community for the CF community to build healthy eating lifestyle! Designed and compiled by Neha & Rajeshree, this original collection of over 200 everyday healthy recipes was lovingly contributed by CF clinicians, patients, and our families, and verified by dieticians as hearty and healthy for people with CF.
Enjoy puzzles, coloring pages, games and inspirational posters designed to help children, teens, and families learn about Cystic Fibrosis while having fun.
