Welcome to the games and applications developed and published by CevSaa ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile games, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Certain Services may allow you to purchase virtual currency (coins, gems, gold) or virtual in-game items using real money.

• Billing: All financial transactions and in-app purchases are handled securely through the respective platform provider (e.g., Google Play Store Billing). You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual currency and in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred for real-world money, goods, or services outside of the specific game.

• Refund Policy: All purchases made within our Services are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the explicit refund policies of the platform provider (Google Play/Apple App Store).

3. Advertising and Rewarded Content

Our Services may feature third-party advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that grant you in-game currency, items, or progression boosts upon viewing.

• We do not guarantee the availability of rewarded advertisements at all times.

• Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the advertisement system using third-party tools, scripts, or automated software will result in an immediate block from the reward system or a permanent ban from the game.

4. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience or game files.

• Exploit bugs or glitches in the game to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the in-game economy.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, and methods of operation) are owned by or licensed to CevSaa. Our intellectual property is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Termination of Services

CevSaa reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify your access to the Services (including deleting or resetting your game progress, virtual currency, or items) at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the game/service.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CevSaa does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CevSaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our games after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
