Content for Students

Bring a new and different approach to delivering your curriculum no matter where you are located. As a content provider for CILC (Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration) our content for students programs offer a change in the way content is delivered. With a wide range of topics, you and your students can connect via video conferencing to have a lesson delivered by one of our certified teachers. Our teacher will lead the lesson and engage students in conversation and activities. Check out a full list of programs we have to offer here.

For individuals using a “traditional” H.323 video conference unit (such as a Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco systems) is required along with an internet connection. Schools may dial into SOITA or SOITA may dial out to schools. If the school wants to dial SOITA directly an IP# will be sent approximately one week before the start of the event. If you would like to do a test connection please email Kim@soita.org with a date/time that would work best for you.

For classroom use, if you have a laptop, desktop, or most any device with a webcam and microphone, you are good to go! Teachers are welcome to connect a projector to their device so that the students can see. For use with a classroom sized group you might want to consider adding a nice webcam and a USB microphone/speakers. This is a recommendation but not a requirement.

A Zoom meeting connection ID will be emailed approximately one week before the start of the event.
