CESRA Registration & Abstract Submission

We ask participants to submit abstracts and register before April 12th, 2026.

For in person attendance, there will be a registration fee of 350 CHF. The registration covers access to the venue, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference dinner. 

Abstract policies

• one abstract per participant

• no working group selection at submission (submitted abstract will be grouped into working groups in a second step)

• Poster display will be available the entire week in the coffee break area

• Abstracts selected for oral talks have the option to additionally present their contribution as poster, if desired

For participants that need an invitation letter for visa application, please select the relevant box in the registration process.
