Registration & Abstract Submission

Abstract submission and registration payment will be open on January 15th, 2026.

We ask participants to register before April 12th, 2026.

There will be a registration fee TBD. The registration covers access to the venue, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference dinner. 

Abstract policies

• one abstract per participant

• no working group selection at submission (submitted abstract will be grouped into working groups in a second step)

• Poster display will be available the entire week in the coffee break area

• Abstracts selected for oral talks have the option to additionally present their contribution as poster, if desired
