WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE INDEPENDENT BAPTIST CHURCHES IN THE PHILIPPINES, BESEECHING THE DIVINE POWER AND MERCY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IN BUILDING THE CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOR SOCIETY CONVENTION, DO ORDAIN AND PROMULGATE HIS CONSITUTION AND BY-LAWS.

Section 1: The name of this organization shall be the CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOR SOCIETY CONVENTION (CESCON).
Section 2 :The principal office shall be at the INDEPENDENT BAPTIST CHURCHES IN THE PHILIPPINES (IBCP), 739-3B Tionko Avenue, Davao City, Philippines.

To join, unite and be in cooperation with each other in the strengthening and spreading the authentic love of Christ to all members of the Christian Endeavor Society (CES) in the IBCP local churches.

To mold, train and discipline all members of the CES on the basis of the inspired Holy Scripture.

To help the Independent Baptist Churches in the Philippines in fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ
