I am a PhD candidate at the Paris School of Economics (PSE) under the supervision of Gabriel Zucman. I am also a Research Fellow at the Center for the Analysis of Taxation (CenTax) and a visiting PhD student at the European Tax Observatory (EUTAX). I will be a visiting student at the University of Warwick from February 2025.
I use applied methods and theory to study how the international mobility of individuals and assets interacts with national and international tax systems.
My aim is to understand how strategies to minimise one’s tax liability influence economic outcomes, through and beyond the impact on public finance.
I have a strong interest in policy, particularly in tax design. I believe that national and international tax systems require significant reform, and I aim to produce analysis and evidence that is directly useful to the public debate and policy makers. My research has been cited in the UK Houses of Parliament,
The Guardian, The Times and the Financial Times.
