Concrete Coring
Core drilling is a process that uses a specialized drill bit with a hollow center to cut into concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, stone or other types of very hard construction aggregate. Certified Concrete has the training and practical experience required to safely and accurately create holes at virtually any angle, ranging in size from ½ an inch in diameter all the way up to a full 30 inches.
Wall Sawing
Wall Sawing provides the ability to perform precision cuts in any concrete wall, slab or structure to a finished depth 24″ inches from one side. This tool is capable of delivering sawcuts that need to be made at specific angles or rakes, inverted sawing. The wall saw is the preferred tool for sawcutting tilt up panels, or poured concrete walls or slabs where a precision opening is required.
Slab Cutting
Slab sawing, also known as flat sawing, is now the most commonly used method for cutting through horizontal surfaces made from concrete or masonry. In this form of cutting, an operator guides a wheeled cart known as a walk-behind machine, which is equipped with a large blade made from industrial diamonds fused to a steel central hub
