This Privacy and Policy ("Policy") describes how Cerebro Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of our users ("users" or "you") when accessing and using our mobile applications and services (collectively referred to as "Services").
By downloading and using our apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using our mobile applications or services.
Kids Apps Privacy Policy
This Kids Apps Privacy Policy is designed to provide legal guardians of children under the age of 13 with guidance regarding our privacy practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of children under 13. Parents and legal guardians of children under 13 have certain rights under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm), and Cerebro Games recognizes and respects those rights. Cerebro Games does not knowingly and directly collect and store any personal information from children under the age of 13 on its servers, as it would be a violation of COPPA. However, certain information may be collected by third-party service providers (such as advertising networks) or certain products.

Types of data and information that may be collected and used include:
Non-Personal Information: We allow third parties to collect anonymous information that cannot be used to identify users. This information may include technical details about the device, such as browser type, screen resolution, device type, language, operating system type, and general location. Third-party services collect this non-personal information for limited purposes such as research and analysis.
Kids' Persistent Device Identifier: Third parties may collect the IP address, advertising identifier, and unique device identifier, but no personally identifiable information of a private nature. This information is collected solely for the internal operations of the Kids Apps to serve users with advertisements as permitted by applicable laws.
How Information is Collected
Our Kids Apps include third-party SDKs that collect non-personal information and Kids' Persistent Device Identifier during app usage. This information may also be stored on the user's device through industry-standard technologies such as cookies and local storage.
Sharing Information
We will share the collected information, specifically the Kids' Persistent Device Identifier, with third parties only as described in this privacy statement. Personal information may be disclosed in the following cases: to comply with legal obligations; to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Cerebro Games, our users, or others; with the explicit approval of a legal guardian; to collect, hold, or manage the Kids' Persistent Device Identifier through authorized third-party service providers; to serve users with advertisements in compliance with applicable laws; and to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, users will be notified of any change in ownership or uses of their information.
Advertising
Cerebro Games accepts advertisements from third-party ad networks, which may be displayed in our Kids Apps. Advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect non-personal and personally identifiable information if the user clicks on these advertisements. Additionally, Cerebro Games may advertise other Cerebro Games Kids Apps within the Kids Apps.
