There is great satisfaction in studying religion, whether or not one is religious. In this section I have gathered links pertaining to the study of religion, especially from a broad perspective.

Fides Quaerens Internetum - Christian Theology Page
* * * This page's strength is its listing of forums for theological study and discussion. In addition to links to theology pages (grouped by tradition/denomination) and theological journals, this page has a list of links to theology departments, scholarly societies, and online forums. The Irish Theological Association

Spring Hill College Theology Library

Open Source Theology: Collaborative Theology for the Emerging Church
* * * The collaboration on this site, devoted to doing "community-driven" postmodern-type theology, comes in the form of user-posted articles, online discussions, reviews, news, and other postings.

Analytic Philosophy of Religion

* * * CAPO (Center for the Advancement of Paleo-Orthodoxy), located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is dedicated to the maintenance of the voice of ancient (i.e., biblical) wisdom to speak to current issues. It publishes a free online journal, Premise.

Center for Reformed Theology and Apologetics
* * This site contains primary and secondary source texts on each of the major tenets of theology. The site is "dedicated to providing biblically sound [i.e., Calvinist] online resources for the edification of God's people." It is produced by a Reformed Christian named Ed Walsh.
The Chalcedon Foundation: Faith for All Life
* * * The Chalcedon Foundation is a non-profitChristian educational organization devoted to combatting humanism and promoting Christian reconstruction in all areas of life. Its web site contains numerous articles contributing to this mission statement.

e-Grace: Christian Free Grace Theology

The Kuyper Foundation: Promoting a Renaissance of Christian Culture
* * * This British charitable organization, reflecting the Reformed theological vision of Abraham Kuyper, seeks to combat pluralism by promoting a renaissance of Christian culture in society. The site's most useful features are the online articles and the list of links.
* * A site advocating a pantheistic worldview, composed and maintained by a disaffected Catholic from Australia, Jeffrey Nichols. This site may prove interesting as a glimpse into the mind of a person who has rejected much of his Christian heritage.
* * * An effort of the Committee on the Study of Religion at Harvard University, the Pluralism Project's web site is intended "to help Americans engage with the realities of religious diversity through research, outreach, and the active dissemination of resources" in the form of articles on the web site and links to work being done around the United States.

The first parts of the articles are viewable for free, the remainder by paid subscription. Materials are arranged topically and searchable by keyword.

* * * Part of a conservative but fairly well done site featuring a simple systematic theology written by a layman for lay people. Its author is Herb Drake, a graduate of Golden Gate Seminary.
