CEO@Faculty 2.0 Cycle 2

Objectives

• To acquire personal guidance of the CEO in terms of organizational leadership and management skills
• To build and strengthen sustainable relationship between academia and industry in fulfilling the needs of IR4.0.
• To unleash leadership potentials of young academics through personal coaching with industry CEOs as a preparation for public university succession plans.
• To empower young academics in taking leadership roles at various levels in the university through continuous guidance and engagement with industry CEOs

Program Structure

CEO@Faculty Programme 2 CYCLE 2 will be divided into 3 Phases:

Phase 1: Pre-attachment

Fellows will go through learning modules to prepare them for the industry attachment.

Phase 2: During attachment

Continuation of pre-attachment modules, and periodical learning sessions that covers leadership-related modules.

Phase 3: Post-attachment

Re-entry preparation, and continuous engagement with the CEO@Faculty Programme. Also to have continuous professional development plans for all fellows when they take on leadership roles at the university.
